i almost left a glowing review, but the breakfast was absolutely unexceptable—i mean, really, how hard can it be to add some scrambled eggs? the no elevator access was a true inconvenience for my exclusive needs. if only someone had been kind enough to offer a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. i won’t be returning, what a letdown.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. there were webs and bugs on the mirrors around the jacuzzi, which was really unsettling. After mentioning this to the front desk, we were offered another room, but it was only slightly cleaner and we found little red bugs on the bedding, prompting us to leave without a refund.

No elevator access for the second floor!!! The long staircase is not ideal for those with heavy luggage!!! A warning about the lukewarm coffee in the lobby would be appreciated!!! Room keys requiring careful attention to avoid extra charges!!!

Had a great time with friends! The pool area was huge and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day at Yahara Hills Golf Course. We also explored Lake Kegonsa State Park, which was great for swimming. The staff was super accommodating and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot if you're planning a fun group vacation!

Our room wasn't spotless. there were some hairs in the shower. Not a huge deal, but it could have been better for overall comfort.
